POSTAGE & FREIGHT CHARGES
Postage and Freight charges are to borne by customers and to be included together with advance payment before delivery shipment.
We will inform the customer on the Postage and Freight charges once the orders are confirmed.
For Postage charges
The Postage charges are RM15.00 and above.
More information will be given to the customer once the order is confirm.
For freight charges
Importers should advise prederable freight forwarder, however we will ensure the best and the cheapest.
Payment for postage and freight charges must be done within 5 working days.
All Postage or Freight charges are to be paid in advance before delivery or shipment to the destination.
Payment can be made by TT (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (letter of Credit) from reputable banks or as specified and all changes to be borne by customers.

After the payment is confirm, product will be delivered within 2 weeks, due to the quarantine procedures, monitoring and ensuring the product quality.
All products are professionally packaged to avoid being damage during delivery process. Heat pack may be required under certain appropriate conditions. The interior will be lined with insulate materials and protected by additional cardboard boxes.
Should be included in our price.
As for Malayisa customer, the packaging charges are free.
All necessary documentations will be faxed or email to facilitate collection at the destination airport.
Upon receiving your orders, we will select and prepare the aquatic plants for shipment, exercising quarantine procedures, monitoring and ensuring the plants arrive to you in good condition. However, if any damage occurs to the plants upon arrival at destination airport, we guarantee replacement.
Note: our guarantee does not include damage to your own carelessness or fault.
